“Just a quick note to bring you up to date on my experience with my hearing loss. I send this principally because you told me you did not have a name to refer people to in the NW. The service I went to is known as “The Hearing Loss Clinic” and, I believe, they dropped some cards off at your office.
The audiologist that spent time with me is Lisa Bonneau and I found her to be attentive, patient and customer friendly. At no time was I given the ‘hard sell’ or any pressure to make a quick choice. I attended the clinic about once a week during the 6 weeks I had the hearing aid unit on trial. I had opted for the ‘high end’ unit with the most features as I believed that I would be a difficult fit. Each week, the unit was reprogrammed to find the most suitable features for my condition.”
