When not working, Lisa enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with friends.

Garth Brears, M.S., Aud(C), Clinical Audiologist
"Our occupation is all about empowering people to help themselves."   When not working, Garth enjoys jogging, renovating and woodworking. He is a member of BCASLPA, CASLPA and the Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Consultants of British Columbia.

Beverly Ortega, M.A., Clinical Audiologist

There is often so much you can learn from their life experience and wisdom."  Beverly enjoys spending time with her family and counts cooking, baking, camping and horses among her hobbies. She is a member of the Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Consultants of British Columbia.

Hannah Lee, M.SC., R.Aud., Clinical Audiologist

My job is very rewarding!" Hannah is a member of CASLPA and ACSLPA as well as she received the Canadian Academy of Audiology Student Award. Hannah enjoys snowboarding, rollerblading and spending with family and friends.

I enjoy seeing the look of amazement on a person's face when they realize they can finally hear sounds previously unavailable to them."  Lori is a member of CASLPA and ACSLPA as well as she received the NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship.  Lori enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, swimming, skating, playing piano, sewing and baking.

Sabrina Rhodes, BC-HIS, Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner
"Health and well-being includes your hearing.  I believe that hearing is one of the most important senses of all; it connects us to the people we love and care about the most.  I whole heartedly enjoy helping people get the very best out of their hearing; it makes them feel happier and more confident." I enjoy skiing, traveling, water skiing, golfing with my kids and most of all…being with family and friends.   She is a member of the of the International Hearing Society, National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences and a member of the  College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta.

Leighanne Hebein, BC-HIS, Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner
"The best part of my job is the heart-felt gratitude I feel when I can help my clients understand their hearing loss and give them back the joyful ability to hear their world better. Leighanne loves water sports, writing and reading."   She likes to spend time with her friends and family - for whom she likes to bake treats. She volunteers with Calgary's Heritage Park. Leighanne is a member of CHAPA, CHIPS and IHS.

Gerry Rhodes, BC-HIS, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
"I love my job. I've met and worked with many wonderful people over the years and feel that the dedication and caring that I have provided to my patients has been repaid a million times over by their loyalty and satisfaction."   In addition to belonging to the International Hearing Aid Society, the Canadian Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society, Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Consultants of British Columbia, National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences and the Hearing Instrument Specialist's Society of BC, Gerry is a member of the Canadian Ski Instructor's Alliance. She loves to spend time with family and, of course, to ski. She is proud of having been taught how to rollerblade by her grandkids, who, she admits, are still better at it than she is.

Kathy Quast, Hearing Aid Technician
“If we all take the initiative to take care of our health then we can enjoy a long and happy life!” Kathy is currently pursuing her Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner certification. She has worked in healthcare for over 16 years including the Foothills Hospital. She enjoys creating glass jewelry, spending quality time with family, watching her two beautiful kids grow up, working out and going for long walks with her husband and dog.
